Rules and Guidelines for Participation in “Clarion Loves Talent!”
1. All children under the age of 18 will need parent/guardian permission.
2. All performances/acts must be family friendly.
3. The catagories are: "Rising Stars" - Ages 15 and Under
"Super Novas" - 16 and Up
"Constellations" - Group Acts
4. All contestants are required to live, work, or attend school in Clarion County. Family memebers of the "Clarion Loves Talent" committee are ineligible to apply.
5. Set up and strike time for each act should take no longer than 1 minute. (Ex. No full drum kits)
6. Performance time is limited to 5 minutes.
7. A $5 registration fee will be required per contestant/group. Checks payable to: Clarion Area Chamber of Business & Industry
8. Registrations are to be sent to the Clarion Area Chamber of Business & Industry at 21 N. 6th Avenue, Clarion, PA 16214.
All mail should be marked “Attn: Clarion Loves Talent Committee” and be submitted by September 24, 2012.
10. Contestants are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to the event start time.
11. The judge's decisions will be final.
